Biomedical Engineers under PAM conduct frequent training of medical equipment users. Due to an increase in number of patients seeking medical attention in hospitals because of Covid – 19 pandemic, most health facilities in Malawi experienced under-staffing. This prompted government to recruit a more staff to help improve service delivery. Both old and new recruits need training for them to properly use the medical devices.
